• 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup of milk
  • 1/4 tablespoon of baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
Cooking Method :

1. Add 1 egg and 2 tablespoon sugar into a bowl and mix well.

2. After mixing well, add 3/4 cup of milk and mix well .

3. seive all purpose flour,baking powder and a pinch of salt and add the dry ingredients into the bowl and mix all together.

4. After mixing well without any lumps, you will get a batter.

5. Batter must be in a semi thick consistency.

6. Then heat up a tawa

7. Add a scoop of batter into the tawa and cook well

8. when the bubbles comes , then turn it around and we can see the cooked side will be in light brown colour. Cook the other side also.

9. take it out and do the same process until the batter is over.

10. our pancakes are ready to be served.

You can serve it with fruits,honey/maple syrup, butter, spreads… Anything as per your choice.
