•     Grated jackfruit
  •     Grated coconut – 1 cup
  •     Turmeric powder – 1 tablespoon
  •     Chilly powder – 1 tablespoon
  •     Green chilly – 3-4 as per taste
  •     Salt – as per taste
  •     Garlic – 5-6 cloves
  •     Mustard seeds
  •     Oil – 2-3 tablespoon
  •     Kashmiri chilly – 2
Cooking Method :

1. Into a sauce pan, add 2-3 tablespoon of oil, when oil is hot enough add some mustard seeds.

2. After than add curry leaves,2-3 kashmiri chilly into it.

3. Then add grated jack fruit, with 1 tablespoon turmeric powder, 1 tablespoon chilly powder and salt for taste ( the powders will depend on the amount of grated jackfruit you take). And mix well. Then add 1 glass of water and close the pan and let them cook for about 5-6 mins.

4. In this time, we need to crush garlic and green chilly and mix them with grated coconut and keep aside.

5. When the jackfruit is cooked and absorbs water completely. Add the coconut mixture into it and mix very well.

6. after mixing, let it to be in a low flame for about 8-10 mins.

7. Jackfruit thoran is ready.
