GREEN GRAM DOSA/ PESARATTU

Ingredients
  •     Green gram 1 cup
  •     Green chilly 2
  •     Shallots 5-6
  •     Salt
  •     Turmeric powder
Cooking Method :

1. Soak green gram overnight.

2. Take a mixer grinder jar, and add overnight soaked green gram, shallots, green chillies and some water… Grind well until it becomes fine paste.

3. Transfer it into a bowl and add little more water if needed… The batter must be in dosa batter consistency.

4. Add half a teaspoon of turmeric powder and salt as per taste.

5. Take a pan and make dosas…. Add some ghee if you want… Ghee is optional.

6. Dosas are ready.
