EASY FRIED RICE & CHILLY CHICKEN

FRIED RICE

Ingredients
  •     1 cup basmati rice cooked
  •     Vegetables as per your choice, here i’ve taken carrots,cabbage.
  •     One small onion finely chopped.
  •     3-4 garlic finely chopped.
  •     1 small green chilly finely chopped.
  •     1 tablespoon soya sauce.
  •     1-2 teaspoon pepper powder.
  •     Salt for taste
  •     Chicken breast finely chopped about 1/2 cup.
  •     2 scrambled eggs.
Cooking Method :

1. Take a pan and add 1-2 teaspoon cooking oil. And add chicken with some salt and cook well.

2. When chicken cooks well. Transfer it into a bowl and keep it aside and add chopped garlic and saute well.

3. Add onion finely chopped and saute well and don’t wait till translucent because we want it as crispy.

4. Then add vegetables and saute well. Don’t overcook vegetables.

5. Add cooked chicken and scrambled eggs and mix all together.

6. Now add cooked rice and mix well…

7. Add pepper powder and soya sauce. And mix well.

8. Fried rice is ready…

CHILLY CHICKEN

Ingredients
  •     1 kg chicken.
  •     6 tablespoon soya sauce
  •     4 tablespoon chilly sauce
  •     4 tablespoon tomato sauce
  •     3 medium sized onions chopped
  •     8-10 green chillies
  •     2 tablespoon garlic finely chopped
  •     2 tablespoon ginger finely chopped
  •     3-4 tablespoon cooking oil
  •     Salt for taste
  •     2 tablespoon pepper powder as per your taste. If you want spicy, add 2-3 tablespoon pepper powder.
Cooking Method :

1. Take a pan and add oil . Then add chicken into it.

2. Fry chicken until it cooks well.

3. When chicken cooks well and water from chicken absorbs and the oil is visible. Then add sauces. Add soya sauce, chilly sauce and tomato sauce.

4. Cook chicken in sauces for about 3 mins.

5. Add finely chopped ginger and garlic and cook for about 5 mins.

6. After 5 mins, add green chillies and onions. And cook until onion cooks well.

7. Add 1 cup of water. And cook for about 5 mins

8. Add pepper powder and salt as per taste and mix well. And cook for 3 mins.

9. Easy homemade chilly chicken is ready.
