•     Wheat flour 1.5 cup
  •     Oil 1/2 cup
  •     Milk 1/2 cup
  •     1 egg
  •     Baking soda 1/4 teaspoon
  •     Baking powder 1 teaspoon
  •     Sugar 1/2 cup
  •     Cocoa powder 2 tablespoon
  •     Choco chips (optional)
  •     Pinch of salt
Cooking Method:

1. Preheat oven at 170° for about 10 minutes. Take a bowl, add an egg,milk,oil,sugar and beat well until it mixes well. ( All ingredients using must be at room temperature) .

2. Seive dry ingredients such as wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa powder.

3. Add dry ingredients into the wet ingredients which we already beat and mixed well. Now mix all ingredients very well without any lumps.

4. Take a cupcake mould with cupcake liners. And pour the batter into it using a scooper.

5. Pour batter only halfway.

6. Bake for 18-21 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

7. Cupcakes are ready.

( remember don’t overmix our batter. Our batter consistency must be thin. And baking time will be different on different ovens. So don’t wait till 18-20 mins. Check in between )
