There is nothing better than a good green juice to perk up and boost your immune system.

Green leafy vegetables

Green leafy vegetables are the best vegetables because they are full of vitamins, minerals and fiber and contain few calories. Adding them daily to your diet will bring you multiple health benefits including reducing the risk of obesity, heart disease, high blood pressure and mental decline.

Zero waste in the kitchen

As you know, I like to reuse all the scraps, peels and peels. Juices are a great way to use what I might otherwise throw away. In this juice, I use the trunk of a broccoli and the radish tops/leaves. These two ingredients are easy to use otherwise, but today they are part of my vegetable juice.

Leafy Green Juice
  •     3 Swiss chard (leaves and stems)
  •     1 bunch Radish leaves
  •     1 broccoli trunk (not the florets)
  •     10cm Cucumber
  •     1 Carrot
  •     1 / 2 peeled lime
  •     3cm fresh ginger
  •     1 granny-smith apple (optional)
Cooking method
  1.     Add all the ingredients, one to the following the other and in order, in the extractor.
  2.     Drink slowly and accompanied by a food that contains fat to improve the absorption of nutrients.
