Coffee Chocolate Crème Pots

It always seems so sexy (or perhaps just European) to finish a mean off with some coffee. So, these coffee flavored coconut crème pots seemed perfect.

Makes 2 espresso cups

Ingredients:
1/4 cup cocoa powder
2 teaspoons ground coffee beans
2 Tablespoons raw honey
6 Tablespoons coconut cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Cooking method:
1. Blend everything well.
2. Pour mixture into small espresso cups.
3. Refrigerate for 20 minutes before serving.
