Coconut Banana Balls

These were so amazing it was shocking! I like them both warm and cold, but if you serve them warm, then serve it with the Pineapple Mango Banana Sorbet for an amazing experience.

Makes 12 coconut banana balls

Ingredients:
1 banana
2 cups unsweetened shredded coconut
1 Tablespoon raw honey
2 Tablespoons coconut oil, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
dash of salt
chocolate powder to sprinkle on top (optional)

Cooking method:
1. Preheat oven to 250F (120C) if serving warm.
2. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
3. Form small balls (1-inch diameter) from the dough using your hands.
4. Refrigerate or bake at 250F for 15 minutes.
