2-Ingredient Pancakes

This is another amazing 2-ingredient recipe, and it's delicious – the banana adds all the sweetness so no need for additional sweeteners. This is probably more like a crepe than a traditional American pancake (i.e., it's pretty thin) However, just note that it's easy to burn the batter so take it slowly – one option is to make several smaller pancakes with the batter so that they cook a bit faster.

Makes 1 pancake

Ingredients:
1 banana, peeled
1 egg

Cooking method:
1. Blend the egg and the banana in a blender to form a batter.
2. Place 1 tablespoon of coconut oil into a frying pan and pour in the batter in a spiral to create a thin pancake.
3. Let the pancake cook for around 10 minutes before flipping it.
4. After flipping it, let the other side cook for around 10 minutes.
