Pineapple Mango Banana Sorbet

I’ve tried to make Paleo ice creams and sorbets on many occasions, but they always end up as an icy chunk because I don’t have an ice cream maker. However, this “sorbet” is amazing and ready to serve immediately without the use of an ice cream maker! The banana gives it a really creamy texture – I love it!

Makes 2 small ramekins

1/2 cup frozen pineapples
1 cup frozen mango pieces
1 banana, room temperature
stevia equivalent to 4 Tablespoons of sugar (optional)
1/2 Tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 banana for topping

Cooking method:
1. Blend really really well in a blender. Depending on how good your blender is, you may have to blend briefly and then push the frozen fruit down and repeat several times.
2. Top with a few banana slices.
3. Serve immediately.

NOTE: This sorbet goes really well with warm Coconut Banana Balls.
