Chocolate Coconut Fudge Cups

The hardest part of making this recipe is waiting for it to freeze! It's got a great fudge consistency and is fantastic for chocolate lovers.

Makes 6 chocolate fudge cups

  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup coconut cream (from the top of a refrigerated can of coconut milk)
  • 1/4 cup coconut butter
Cooking method:
1. Place the coconut butter, coconut cream, and honey in a bowl and melt just slightly 29 in the microwave or over a bowl of hot water. You want the mixture to be almost runny so that it's easy to mix everything together.
2. Add the cocoa powder into the bowl and mix well.
3. Spoon the mixture into 6 muffin cups.
4. Freeze for 15 minutes.
5. Store leftovers in the fridge.
