2 cups uncooked brown rice

4 teaspoons lime juice
Cooking method
1-Combine the water, rice, butter, and salt in a 3-quart saucepan over high heat.2-When the liquid begins to boil, reduce the heat to low and cover the saucepan. Cook for 45 minutes, then turn off the heat and let the rice sit, covered, for 10 to 15 minutes or until tender.
3-Stir in the cilantro and lime juice.
