MAKES 12 SERVINGS V P C Q
½ cup chopped ready-to-eat dried apricots
½ cup dried cranberries
½ cup roasted cashews
½ cup shelled hazelnuts
½ cup shelled Brazil nuts, halved
½ cup slivered almonds
4 tbsp toasted pumpkin seeds
4 tbsp sunflower seeds
4 tbsp toasted pine nuts

Method

1. Place all the ingredients in an airtight container, close the lid, and shake several times. Shake the container before each opening, then reseal. This mix will stay fresh for up to 2 weeks if tightly sealed after each opening.
