Red bell pepper booster

SERVES 2 V D P C Q
generous 1 cup carrot juice
generous 1 cup tomato juice
2 large red bell peppers, seeded and coarsely chopped
1 tbsp lemon juice
pepper
Method
1. Pour the carrot juice and tomato juice into a food processor or blender and process gently until combined.
2. Add the red bell peppers and lemon juice. Season with plenty of pepper and process until smooth. Pour the mixture into tall glasses and serve.
