Papaya and banana smoothie

SERVES 2 V D P C Q
1 papaya
juice of 1 lime
1 large banana
1½ cups freshly squeezed orange juice
¼ tsp ground ginger
Method
1. Halve the papaya and scoop out and discard the gray-black seeds. Scoop out the flesh and chop coarsely, then toss with the lime juice. Peel and slice the banana.
2. Place the papaya, banana, orange juice, and ginger in a blender and process until thoroughly combined. Pour the mixture into chilled glasses and serve immediately.
