Cranberry booster

SERVES 2 V D P C Q
3¾ cups cranberries, thawed if frozen
generous 1¾ cups unsweetened cranberry juice, chilled
1¼ cups plain yogurt
2–3 tbsp honey, or to taste
Method
1. Place the berries and juice in a blender and process until smooth. Add the yogurt and honey and process again until combined.
2. Taste and add more honey, if necessary. Pour the mixture into chilled glasses and serve immediately.
