Almond and banana smoothie
SERVES 3–4 V P C Q
heaping ¾ cup whole blanched almonds
2½ cups dairy-free milk
2 ripe bananas, halved
1 tsp natural vanilla extract
ground cinnamon, for dusting
Method
1. Place the almond in a food processor and process until very finely chopped. Addthe milk, bananas, and vanilla extract and blend until smooth and creamy.
2. Pour the mixture into tall glasses, dust with cinnamon, and serve.
